Tasmanian wines have long been a special focus of mine, and in recent years Tasmanian pinot noir and sparkling have come of age. I’ve selected a short list of 36 cuvées from 18 of my favourite Tasmanian estates, both the famous names and the smallest boutiques, those with a presence in the UK and those rarely ever found outside Tasmania, to show you why this emerging category is so exciting.
This is a casual, come and go tasting and I will be present in person alongside Michael Hill Smith MW (Tolpuddle) to answer any questions you might have.
