Quay Restaurant Sydney – Served Gold at Industry Peak Body Awards in Australia
Restaurant & Catering Australia (R&CA) has announced the winners of the 2023 Restaurant & Catering Hostplus National Awards for Excellence. The Awards for Excellence program
formally recognises hospitality operators across a broad range of categories who consistently provide exceptional service and demonstrate culinary excellence in their respective fields.
Restaurant & Catering (R&CA) CEO Suresh Manickam congratulated each of the winners on behalf of the Association.
“We are pleased to celebrate the achievements of Australia’s most distinguished operators. To achieve Gold, Silver or Bronze in the National Awards is a testament to each recipient’s
hard work and dedication to their craft.”
This year’s National winners include Quay Restaurant in New South Wales awarded Restaurant of the Year and the Gold Award for Premium Dining, Events at SkyCity in South
Australia awarded Caterer of the Year and the Gold Award for Function/Convention Centre Caterer, Le Coin Bistro in Queensland for Casual Dining of the Year and the Gold award for
Café Dining.
Mr. Manickam thanked all winners, sponsors, and attendees on behalf of the association.
