The Crown Collection and Fine & Rare Wines & Spirits auction features nearly 700 Lots and a pre-sale estimate of HK$31.3m/US$4m.Lot468–6-pack OWC of Romanée-Conti Domaine de la Romanée-Conti 2000(750ML)Estimate: HK$550,000-900,000
THE CROWN COLLECTION(Lots 1-243)focuses on Bordeaux Grand Cru Classés in original wooden cases, in particular the legendary: 1982 Château Lafite Rothschild, 2000 Château Mouton Rothschild, and 2005 Petrus in double-magnum!
There are also Romanée-Contiin original wooden case, large format Ornellaia, and the indisputable king of Spanish wines,Vega Sicilia Único!
The consignor of this collection is a successful entrepreneur and an important wine and art collector with extraordinary taste.
In the search for the greatest Chinese artworks, the consignor found his passion for wine. He quickly became serious and soon made a name for himself in the fine wine auction rooms around the world, always with a keen eye fort he best provenance, conditions and original packaging.
THE EXECUTIVE CELLAR PART XV (Lots301-352)Part XV of this offering contains not only the greatest wines in the world -the First Growths, Petrus, Ausone, Lafite Rothschild, Margauxand Haut-Brion! There are young vintages (cases of pristine condition Lafite Rothschild 2013) and mature legends (Haut-Brion1989and Palmer 1961) and even a vertical of18 vintages Margaux Ultimate Assortment from the early 1970s to 2000sin a beautiful tailor-made wooden case. There are 1990 DRC La Tâche, Richebourg, Grands Echézeauxand more!
PIONEERS V (Lots353-450)This returning consignment is renowned for its excellence. Part V consists of an impressive collection of Cheval Blanc, with dozens of original wooden cases of the legendary 1990, as well as other stellar vintages from the early 2000s!
There are also more case loads of Le Petit Cheval from a slew of different vintages and four cases of 1982 Ausone.
