Simon Tam, Head of Wine Asia, further commented,

Christie’s is the only auction house in Hong Kong that offered two single ex-domaine collections in the market. For the first time ever, we presented the largest offering of the extremely rare Musigny Blanc which realized a very high sell-through rate. We are also very pleased that Burgundy, which has always been one of our core strengths, continued its stellar performance. In addition, we demonstrated our market leadership with the impressive sale of an extensive Library Release of Masseto and Premier Preview Masseto 2015 in various formats. The collection of Château Lafleur and other Guinaudeau Family Estate Wines also performed exceedingly well, which further proves our strength in presenting the very best vintage wines to connoisseurs in Asia.”
