With Charles, enjoy exceptional experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants

For the third consecutive year, Charles Heidsieck was the official supplier of the prestigious MICHELIN Guide ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland, which took place at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow.

Among the 2025 award winners, no less than 26 restaurants and their Chefs have been newly rewarded, receiving a first, second, or third Michelin star.

This is the perfect occasion for us to introduce you to some Michelin-starred restaurants where you can enjoy an exceptional food pairing experience with our champagnes.

Icon of the Italian culinary scene in London, the Michelin-starred River Café charms with its relaxed elegance and vibrant atmosphere.

Set in a bright riverside location along the Thames, the restaurant offers a seasonal menu of pasta, fish, and meat dishes that celebrate the refined simplicity of Italian cuisine. A must-visit address, enhanced by one of the finest Italian wine lists in the capital.

At River Cafe, the Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve and the Blanc des Millénaires 2014 are available by the glass or by the bottle. We recommend pairing our Brut Reserve with the Prosciutto di San Daniele and our Blanc des Millénaires with the Calamari ai ferri.

The two-Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Wong masterfully celebrates China’s gastronomic heritage with passion.

Through an exceptional menu, each dish reveals a sophisticated interpretation of various regional specialties, driven by in-depth research into techniques and flavors. A must-visit destination, where excellence and creativity come together in top-quality service.

At A.Wong, the Charles Heidsieck Brut Vintage 2018 and the Blanc des Millénaires 2014 are available by the glass. We recommend pairing our Brut Vintage 2018 with the 999 layered scallop puff and XO oil and our Blanc des Millénaires 2014 with the wild tiger prawn, mung bean noodles.

In a breathtaking Louis XVI setting, the Ritz London, a symbol of British luxury and excellence, offers a culinary experience worthy of its prestige.

Under the direction of Chef John Williams, the cuisine inspired by Chef Auguste Escoffier, combines classic French techniques with exceptional ingredients. The impeccable service and theatrical presentation of dishes from the gueridon trolley sublimate this legendary establishment, now honored with two MICHELIN Stars.

At Ritz London, a wide range of the Charles Heidsieck collection is available by the bottle. We recommend pairing our Blanc des Millénaires 2014 with the Langoustine À la nage and our Brut Reserve with the Ballotine of duck liver.

In her three-MICHELIN-starred Notting Hill restaurant, Chef Clare Smyth offers an exceptional gastronomic experience.

Balancing culinary classics with seasonal creations, each ingredient is elevated with remarkable precision. Excellence extends to the dining room, with impeccable service in a soft and warm atmosphere, and refined wine pairings curated by Master Sommelier Gareth Ferreira.

Core by Clare Smyth offers a wide range of the Charles Heidsieck collection. We recommend pairing our Brut Reserve with the crispy veal sweetbread and Norfolk kohlrabi, and our Blanc des Millénaires 2014 with the Cornish turbot.

Under the direction of Chef Mark Birchall, the three-MICHELIN-starred Moor Hall (2025) reaches even higher standards of perfection, showcasing produce of peerless quality, grown on their own land or from local suppliers.

Housed in a beautifully restored 16th-century country house in Scandinavian style, the Moor Hall offers a unique take on contemporary British cuisine, sublimated by prestigious wine pairing.

At Moor Hall, the Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV and Brut Vintage 2013 are available by the glass. The Rosé Reserve pairs beautifully with the Mylor prawns and preserved raspberry, and our Brut Vintage 2013 with the Turbot cooked in brown butter with artichoke, pear, mussel and roe sauce dish, enhancing its delicate marine notes.
