Turning our attention to hearty dishes, Executive Head Chef Joe Fox is embracing staple autumn flavours, crafting new dishes that are brimming with best-in-season ingredients. Visit Ham Yard Restaurant for fresh pappardelle with beef shin & tomato ragu (pictured on Kit Kemp’s Tea Leaf fabric) or Covent Garden Hotel’s Brasserie Max for pumpkin risotto with gorgonzola and crispy sage. Warm yourself up with a comforting cannellini bean soup at Number Sixteen. Or head to Charlotte Street Hotel’s Oscar Bar & Restaurant on Monday evenings between 6-8pm for live music from Cuban guitarist Ahmed Dickinson Cárdenas and to try the heritage squash with buffalo ricotta, hazelnuts and black truffle.
