As the evenings draw in we’re retreating to the warmth of our inviting restaurants. Turning our attention to hearty dishes, Executive Head Chef Joe Fox is embracing staple autumn flavours, crafting new dishes that are brimming with best-in-season ingredients. Visit Ham Yard Restaurant for fresh pappardelle with beef shin & tomato ragu (pictured on Kit Kemp’s Tea Leaf fabric) or Covent Garden Hotel’s Brasserie Max for pumpkin risotto with gorgonzola and crispy sage. Warm yourself up with a comforting cannellini bean soup at Number Sixteen. Or head to Charlotte Street Hotel’s Oscar Bar & Restaurant on Monday evenings between 6-8pm for live music from Cuban guitarist Ahmed Dickinson Cárdenas and to try the heritage squash with buffalo ricotta, hazelnuts and black truffle.
