“My trip to Milan for the exhibition -The Children of War series”

FROM THE DIARY OF UKRAINIAN ARTIST Iryna Federenko

The trip to Milan for the exhibition was bright and intense, with a lot of pleasant impressions, new acquaintances, communication, beauty and art-The main theme was to talk, shout about Ukraine!

Our task, first of all, is to reveal to the world the truth about what is happening now in Ukraine, art can often say more than just words. It was very important and pleasant that my works received a lot of attention, the paintings from the Children of War series have already traveled to about 20 exhibitions in various galleries and museums around the world and more and more new projects are planned.

My trip was only for a few days, but this time was enough for me to spend it profitably and see the city and its sights.

I was lucky enough to indulge in some delicious Italian cuisine, fragrant wine, a little shopping, thanks to my friends, the program was as rich as possible! The exhibition was held from October 1 to 10 in Milan Superstudio Village – it was the largest event of Ukrainian culture in Italy, there were presentations of painting, photography, sculpture, books, music, fashion show:.
