You’re invited to Taste Champagne.
Dear Reader,
It’s my great privilege to invite you to join me to discover 40 champagne houses, growers and coopératives at the inaugural Taste Champagne London on Wednesday 12 June 2019.
I’ve been honoured to host my Taste Champagne events across six states of Australia and Hong Kong for the past five years, growing this event series into the biggest champagne showcase in the new world.
Now that the Champagne Bureau is no longer hosting its trade and media tastings in the UK, champagne deserves a dedicated annual trade show, devoted exclusively to champagne.

As a fully independent wine communicator and author of five editions of The Champagne Guide, with no allegiances to any brands or association with wine retail, I have created Taste Champagne to equally embrace and champion champagne négociants, growers and cooperatives, from the smallest to the very largest. I am proud to offer every house the opportunity to pour every cuvée, with no limit or restriction.

It is also my privilege to announce the launch today of my free inaugural report, The State of Play of Champagne in the UK 2018. This detailed, 27 page analysis digs under the surface of all the latest trends emerging from up-to-the-minute data released into the public domain this week.
