Hong Kong – Christie’s Asia will present its first wine sale of 2018, scheduled to take place on 17 March.
The event will feature an impressive selection of vintage wines including South African ‘Grand Crus’ which is the first time to be launched in an auction. The sale will also feature the esteemed collection of Mr Neil Liu as well as another immaculate single owner collection, which emcompasses notable names such as DRC, Grand Cru Bordeaux Chateaux and Grandes Marques Champagnes.
With the invaluable support and advice of Mr. Michael Fridjhon, one of South Africa’s most widely consulted liquor industry authorities, the sale will offer old vintages of South African ‘Grand Crus’. The wines have been shipped directly from the private cellars of each producer and are no longer available in the market. Each bottle is guaranteed to give immense joy to wine lovers.

The sale, which is largely composed of two single owner collections, also features familiar names such as numerous classic vintages from Bordeaux, Burgundy from Domaine Jacques Prieur and the Hospices de Beaune. In addition, there will be a selection of vintages from Paris City Hall.
